How do I ensure my bread stays fresh?

We recommend keeping your bread in a cool, dry place wrapped in its original paper bag or a linen cloth. For longer storage, our loaves can be sliced and frozen for up to one month.

What are your delivery options?

We offer same-day local delivery via our courier partners and next-day nationwide shipping for our pantry range and select hamper boxes.

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?

Yes, we have a variety of made-without-gluten and vegan-friendly breads and pastries. Please check the 'Dietary' filter on our shop page for a full list of ingredients and allergens.

Can I amend or cancel my order?

Because our bakers start preparing your dough in advance, we require at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or significant changes to your order.

How do I place a large catering order?

For office lunches or events, you can order directly through our 'Catering' section. For bespoke requests, please contact our events team at least 3 business days in advance.

What should I do if my order is damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives in poor condition, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours with a photo of the damage for a replacement or refund.
