Barley, Chocolate & Hazelnut Cookie

A plant-based cookie made with dark chocolate, hazelnuts, brown sugar, coconut oil, and coconut milk. Nearly half of the flour used in this recipe comes from barley flour supplied to us by Shipton Mill. Gooey, chewy center with a delicate crust that gives away with every bite.
